Land Transfer Act Notice

Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the existing Māori track rights from Computer Register NA42D/642 on the basis that the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out hereunder, and I intend to remove the easement at the expiration of one month from the date that this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

Easement: Rights of access on existing Māori tracks until properly defined roads have been laid off and affecting the land contained in Computer Register NA42D/642.
Circumstances: The Kaipara District Council has confirmed that properly defined legal roads have been laid off which have rendered the existing Māori tracks rights redundant.
