COMMERCE ACT (ELECTRICITY INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AMENDMENT REQUIREMENTS) NOTICE 2004

Pursuant to Section 57T of the Commerce Act 1986

The Electricity Information Disclosure Amendment Requirements 2004 (the amendment requirements) were made by the Commerce Commission on 7 May 2004, and come into force on 8 May 2004.

The amendment requirements amend the Electricity Information Disclosure Requirements 2004 (the principal requirements) by deleting the words ", provided, maintained, or operated" from requirements 2(2)(a), 9(b)(iv), 20(1), 21(1) and 24(1) and making consequential changes to the definitions of "System", "System fixed assets" and "Total consumers" in requirement 2(1).

Copies of the amendment requirements, the principal requirements, and the principal requirements (as amended by the amendment requirements), are available for inspection free of charge at the Commerce Commission (during ordinary office hours) and on the Internet, and for purchase at a reasonable price at the Commerce Commission.
