Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999

(No. 1323)

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is hereby given of the issue on 24 December 2003 of the Animal Products (Accredited Evaluator Specifications) Notice 2003, which comes into force on 12 January 2004, and the Animal Products (Risk Management Programme Specifications) Notice 2003, which comes into force on 15 January 2004.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 May 2001, which was granted under those Regulations to Seth James Fawcet in respect of Marantha Early Learning Centre (55276), situated at 29 Wai-iti Crescent, Lower Hutt.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 April 2001, which was granted under those Regulations to Kathleen Ingram in respect of Birch Grove Montessori Preschool (65061), situated at 65 Briggs Road, Mairehau, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 September 2003, which was granted under those Regulations to Margaret Vere on behalf of Otago Playcentre Association, in respect of Sawyers Bay Playcentre (81039), situated at 4 Station Road, Sawyers Bay, Dunedin.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 August 2001, which was granted under those Regulations to Gillian Broadhurst and Craig Broadhurst and Mary-Jane Gilbert and Greg Gilbert in respect of Playtime Early Learning Centre (70563), situated at 41 Wesley Street, Kaiapoi.
