Victoria Road, Waipa District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1B and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road and Water Supply Purposes, and Road Stopped and Vested—Great West Road, Rotorua District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(i) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Rotorua District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette; and

(ii) the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for water supply purposes and shall vest in the Rotorua District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Register SA64B/404.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land that became vested in the Minister of Education pursuant to section 143 (2) of the Education Act 1989, is hereby set apart for a local purpose (community facilities) reserve and shall become vested in the New Plymouth District Council from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
