Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting
under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 May 2000, which was
granted under those Regulations to Tania Sorenson, on
behalf of the whanau, in respect of Ruahapia Te Kohanga
Reo (55311), situated at 71 Ruahapia Marae, Stortford
Lodge, Hastings.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration

Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary
integration agreement has been signed between the Minister
of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting
through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry
of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the
proprietor of the following school:

Marian Catholic School, Hamilton.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed
on 29 April 2004.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is
available for inspection without charge by any member of
the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education,
corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.

Revocation of Establishment of Distribution Committees for Lottery Grants Board

Pursuant to section 116K (4) of the Gaming and Lotteries
Act 1977, I hereby revoke the appointment of the following
distribution committees:

• Lottery General National Committee.
• Lottery Seniors National Committee.
• Lottery Welfare National Committee.
• Lottery Youth National Committee.

The revocation of the above-named distribution committees is
effective from midnight on 30 June 2004.
