NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 46

29 APRIL 2004

1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest
in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken
and further declares:

(i) Sections 4, 13 and 23 shall be amalgamated with the
land in Computer Register 662/77.

(ii) Sections 18 and 25 shall be amalgamated with the
land in Computer Register 72A/399, subject to
mortgage B612991.3.

(iii) Section 19 shall be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Register 72A/397, subject to mortgage
5288666.3.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), further
declares:

(i) Sections 1, 11 and 21 shall be amalgamated with the
land in Computer Register 662/77.

(ii) Section 7 shall be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Register 48A/378, subject to mortgages
B511696.1 and B400061.4.

(iii) Section 15 shall be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Register 72A/397, subject to mortgage
5288666.3.

(iv) Sections 16 and 24 shall be amalgamated with the
land in Computer Register 72A/399, subject to
mortgage B612991.3.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares:

(i) The stopped road firstly described in the Fourth
Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Register 48A/378, subject to mortgages
B511696.1 and B400061.4.

(ii) The stopped road secondly described in the Fourth
Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Register 662/77.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 25, Whitianga, Thames–Coromandel District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register 67B/454, subject to mortgages S361293 and B279278.11.
