Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 20 October 2003, setting land apart for the purposes of a State secondary school, Palmerston North, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 October 2003, No. 146, page 4098.

Amending a Notice Acquiring an Easement in Gross —Cashmere Road, Christchurch City
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 20 February 2004, acquiring an easement in gross, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 February 2004, No. 21, page 427, by deleting the land fourthly described in the Schedule and substituting the following:

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the general land known as part Karatia 1B 2B 2B, shown on CT SA20A/1287 in South Auckland District containing 2315 square metres, is hereby set apart as a Māori Reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the descendants and in-laws of Mate Wharehuia Rangiheuea and Hannah Rangiheuea.
