Notice of Appointment of a Commissioner at Sawyers Bay School (3817)

Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby dissolve the board of Sawyers Bay School (3817) and appoint a commissioner to the school.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Sawyers Bay School are to be vested in the commissioner.

This notice takes effect on 14 May 2004, the day after the annual meeting of the board of trustees.

Annual Cost of Borrowing Notice Amendment No. 2

The notice titled Annual Cost of Borrowing, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 1991, page 3867, and amended by Amendment to the Annual Cost of Borrowing Notice, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 January 2003, No. 5, page 170, is further amended by:

(i) deleting after the words

"operational activities"

in line nine, the words

"plus an amount equal to the guaranteed reimbursement by the Ministry of Education for information and communications technology equipment lease costs".

This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
