AUSTRALIA - NEW ZEALAND CLOSER ECONOMIC RELATIONS TRADE AGREEMENT

Application for Approval of Goods as a Determined Raw Material: Notice 2004/1

Notice is hereby given that application has been made for the approval of goods, described in the Schedule hereto, as a determined raw material for the purposes of paragraph 1 (b) (iii) of Article 3 of the Australia - New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement, 1983.

Any person or company wishing to lodge an objection to New Zealand determining the goods described in the following schedule, should do so in writing on or before 10th May. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, tariff item and description of the goods concerned and, be addressed to the National Manager Goods Management, NZ Customs Service, P O Box 29, Auckland, for the attention of the Valuation and Origin section. It should be supported by information as to the quality, range, supply, etc., of identical goods or substitutable/suitable alternative goods produced in New Zealand.
