Notice of Revocation of Appointment of a Limited Statutory Manager to the Board of Trustees of Whitiora School (2091)

The notice of appointment of a limited statutory manager for the Whitiora School Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 2003, page 902) is hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

St Mark’s School, Pakuranga.

Our Lady Star of the Sea School, Howick.

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 7 April 2004.

Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Education, 39-45 College Hill, Auckland.

Fisheries Act 1996

Fisheries (SQU1T Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2004 (No. F281)

Pursuant to section 14 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters specified in that section, makes the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (SQU1T Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2004.

   (2) This notice shall come into effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. SQU1T Fishery defined—(1) The SQU1T quota management area is the area as defined in the Fisheries (Squid Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1987.

3. Total allowable catch for the SQU1T Fishery increased for the 2003-04 fishing year in accordance with section 14 (6) of the Fisheries Act 1996—The total allowable catch for SQU1T Fishery for the 2003-04 fishing year is increased to 58,163.145 tonnes greenweight.

4. Total allowable catch for the SQU1T Fishery reverts to the total allowable catch that applied at the beginning of the 2003-04 fishing year in accordance with section 14 (7) of the Fisheries Act 1996—From 1 October 2004, the total allowable catch for the Squid 1T Fishery reverts back to 44,740.881 tonnes greenweight.
