Pursuant to Section 225 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993

Graham Hosie, chartered accountant of West Yates Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 2nd day of April 2004.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

No meeting of creditors will be held.

In accordance with section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator dispenses with the requirement to call a meeting on the basis that:

(a) there will be less than 20 cents in the dollar distribution to unsecured creditors;

(b) there will be insufficient assets to settle secured creditors;

(c) if a creditor holds a contrary view, they should notify the liquidator within 10 days of publication of this notice; and

(d) a meeting would cause expense and serve no useful purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed the 28th day of May 2004, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.

Robert John Willis, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on the 31st day of March 2004, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a).

Notice of Intention to Remove

Application to remove the above-named companies will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) will be sent to the Registrar after 22 working days from the date of this notice. Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 30th day of April 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of each company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
