Sentencing Regulations 2002
Orders for Confiscation of Motor Vehicles
Orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on
24 March 2004, for the confiscation of the following motor
vehicles:
1984 Nissan Pulsar, Registration No. LN1145.
Against: Lynda Maree Parke (also known as
Lynda Maree Nicholson).
1987 Nissan Langley, Registration No. PP876.
Against: Damin Peter Cook.
1991 Nissan Bluebird, Registration No. XR9581.
Against: Jason Thomas Henderson.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should
contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4289) as the
Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations
2002.

Sports Fitness and Recreation Industry
Training Organisation
Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992,
the Sports Fitness and Recreation Industry Training
Organisation is granted an extension of coverage to set
standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications
Framework for the dive industry (excluding aquaculture)
effective from 1 March 2004.

Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992,
Extractives Industry Training Organisation is granted an
extension of coverage to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the
National Qualifications Framework for the areas of waste
metal recovery, resource recovery, waste management
(excluding water), recycling and zero waste effective from
1 March 2004.

Plastics and Materials Processing Industry
Training Organisation
Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992,
Plastics and Materials Processing Industry Training
Organisation is granted full recognition to set standards at
Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for
the plastics industry (defined as the conversion of polymers
into end products or componentry for other products,
including but not limited to plastics moulding, extruding,
forming, conversion and fabrication processes); glass
production, glass processing and glass engineering for
glass blowing and bottle manufacturing; paint, ink, resin and
adhesives manufacturing for a further period of five years
with effect from 19 February 2004.

Pursuant to section 8 of the Industry Training Act 1992,
Infratrain New Zealand Limited is granted provisional
