St Patrick’s College, Silverstream.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed
on 29 March 2004.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is
available for inspection without charge by any member of
the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education,
Second Floor, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.

Fisheries Act 1996
Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 2004 (No. F280)
Pursuant to section 60 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the
Minister of Fisheries, after consultation with representative
organisations and after consideration of the matters specified
in section 60 (3) of the Fisheries Act 1996, hereby gives the
following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be
cited as the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption)
Notice 2004.
(2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Interpretation—In this notice, the “Ngāi Tahu Seafood
Group” means Ngāi Tahu Seafood Resources Limited, Ngāi
Tahu Seafood Products Limited and Ngāi Tahu Fisheries
Limited and any companies owned or controlled by those
companies. -
Exemption to quota aggregation limit—As from the
date that this notice comes into effect, the Ngāi Tahu
Seafood Group is permitted to own quota shares in excess of
the 10,000,000 quota shares aggregation limit for rock
lobster in quota management area 9 as specified in section
59 (b) of the Fisheries Act 1996, up to a limit of 10,993,873
quota shares of rock lobster in quota management area 9.

Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968
Privileges and Immunities of Representatives of Pacific Islands Forum Countries and Their Officials Attending the Forum Special Leaders’ Retreat
Pursuant to section 11 of the Diplomatic Privileges and
Immunities Act 1968 (“the Act”), the Minister of Foreign
Affairs and Trade declares that:

Representatives of the Pacific Islands Forum member
countries, including New Zealand, will be attending the
Pacific Islands Forum Special Leaders’ Retreat to be
held in Auckland from 4 April 2004 to 7 April 2004; and -
In order to clarify the privileges and immunities which
may be enjoyed by those representatives and their
officials attending the said meeting;
directs that:
Every representative (including senior officials) of the
Pacific Islands Forum member countries (other than
of New Zealand) shall be accorded the privileges
and immunities conferred by or by virtue of Part I of
the Act on a diplomatic agent as specified in Articles
29 to 37 (1) inclusive of the Vienna Convention on
Diplomatic Relations, set out in the First Schedule to
the Act.
