Beverley Jane Henton will own and operate the Royal Oak Physiotherapy Clinic and Jane Jackson will continue to own and operate the Onehunga Physiotherapy Centre as of the 1st day of April 2004.

Easement: Right to convey water over Section 66, Block XII, Lower Hawea Survey District, comprised in Computer Register 1516, being part marked "C" on transfer 670229.5, created by the said transfer registered the 22nd day of December 1986.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement was previously in the same ownership as Computer Register OT9B/1045, allowing water to be sourced and conveyed over the servient tenement. The dominant tenement has no right to convey water over Computer Register OT9B/1045. The easement is redundant as there is no water to convey over the servient tenement to the dominant tenement.
