Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and when stopped, Section 1, S.O. Plan 326427 being amalgamated with Section 1, Block XV, Town of Glenorchy (C.T. 151/5), subject to electricity agreement 339573 and Section 2, S.O. Plan 326427, being incorporated with Section 44, Block I, Upper Wakatipu Survey District (Crown land – Government purpose reserve – wild life management).
