Restoration of Company to the Register of Companies

The Companies Act 1993

The name of the following company was returned to the Register on the 17th day of March 2004:

Mule Property Holdings Limited. 1096501.

It was removed under section 318 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993 when the company was and is still carrying on business.
The removal was null and void (refer Re Crott’s Application (1991) 5 NZCLC 67,325) and it is proper that the Register be
corrected.
