was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the
above-named companies be liquidated and that Anthony John
McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed
liquidator for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 26th day of
March 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the companies are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to
be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before
the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting
to the distribution.
