Revocation of Dissolution of Incorporated Societies

Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following incorporated societies ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

Dannervirke Judo Club Inc 218266 (24 September 1993).

Rotorua Childcare Centre Incorporated 404294
(15 August 2003).

Te Puke Sports And Recreation Club Incorporated 213289 (15 October 2003).

Johnsonville Lawn Tennis Club Inc 215690
(13 October 1993).

With this publication such societies are revived from the date of their dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.

Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the society on the 25th day of July 2002:

  1. The land described in the Schedule hereto; and
  2. Funds of $1600.00, more or less, held at TSB Bank Limited in Stratford;

being surplus assets of the society, be respectively vested in and paid to the Stratford District Council.

This direction shall become final on Friday, the 16th day of April 2004.

Schedule

An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 2866 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 9210, being all the land identified as TNA2/196 (Taranaki Land Registration District).

Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is given that the New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 6 was issued by the Minister for Food Safety on 1 March 2004, and comes into force 28 days following publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

This food standard can be viewed on the New Zealand Food Safety Authority web site:
