On the 4th day of March 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Spotlight Publishing Limited be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of March 2004.
