Sentencing Act 2002

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 24 February 2004 at the Tauranga District Court, Rebecca Jane Prudden was convicted of the following offence – driving whilst disqualified – and in addition to the sentence imposed on her, the Court has ordered that a 1991 Nissan Bluebird motor vehicle, Registration No. WU1960 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
