Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute books of the above-named companies in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on the 12th day of February 2004.

The liquidations commenced on the 12th day of February 2004 in the case of Investor Technology Limited (in liquidation) at 9.50 a.m., in the case of Quay Financial Systems Limited (in liquidation) at 10.00 a.m., and in the case of Financial Data Services Limited (in liquidation) at 10.05 a.m.
