Road Realignment—State Highway No. 45, Otakeho, South Taranaki District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, forms part of State Highway No. 45 and shall vest in
the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken
as severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Freehold Register TN93602.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land
described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as
severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Freehold Register TNF2/408, subject to mortgage
289589.4.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land
described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be
taken as severance and shall be amalgamated with the
land in Computer Freehold Register TND4/429, subject to
mortgages 470420.1 and 5658683.1.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion
of road adjoining or passing through the land described in
the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant
to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer
Freehold Register TNF2/408, subject to mortgage 289589.4
and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part
IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion
of road adjoining or passing through the land described in
the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant
to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer
Freehold Register 93602, subject to section 11 of the Crown
Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act
1987.

Land Set Apart for Road—Graysons Lane, Auckland City

Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, declares that the land described in the
Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for road and
shall remain vested in the Auckland City Council, being the
successor to the Mount Eden Borough Council, pursuant
to an Order in Council dated the 9th day of June 1989, on
the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.
