Land Transfer Act Notice
The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement on the 28th day of January 2005, if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicants: Darryl Bruce Lawson and Carolyn Ruth Lawson, care of B H Connors, Solicitor, P.O. Box 369, Greymouth.
Easement: Right of way over part Lot 1, marked "A" on DP 10118, comprised in Computer Freehold Register NL5D/29, specified in easement certificate 200544.1 registered on the 16th day of November 1979 at 12.09 p.m.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision.
