Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Fees) Amendment Notice 2004

Pursuant to section 14A of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 1976, the following notice is given.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Fees) Amendment Notice 2004 and should be read in conjunction with the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 2003, page 4790.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 April 2005.

2. Fee—The Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board sets the following fee, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.

3. Tax—The fee is inclusive of goods and services tax.

¹ The fee is increased from $75.00 to $400.00 for persons applying for exemptions in respect of gasfitting on/or after 1 April 2005.

Commodity Levies (Wheat Grain) Order 2002

Levy for United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited

Pursuant to section 3 of the Commodity Levies (Wheat Grain) Order 2002, a levy has been imposed on and shall be payable by the producers of any wheat grain grown in New Zealand for sale or processing.

In accordance with section 11 (1) of the Order, United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited has determined the rate of levy to be $3.00 per tonne (G.S.T. exclusive).

In accordance with section 2 of the Order, the period that this levy rate shall apply is 1 February 2005 to 31 January 2006 (both dates inclusive).

Wheat Industry Research Levies (WIR) Act 1989

Levy for United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited Research Trust

Pursuant to sections 6 and 10 of the Wheat Industry Research Levies (WIR) Act 1989, United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited has determined the rate of levy to be zero.

In accordance with section 2 of the Act, the period that this levy rate shall apply is 1 February 2005 to 31 January 2006 (both dates inclusive).
