Appointment of the Friends of Old Fairfield (Inc) to Control and Manage a Local Purpose (Community Building) Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the Friends of Old Fairfield (Inc) to control and manage the local purpose (community building) reserve described in the Schedule, subject to the said Act and to an agreement dated 8 December 2004.

This appointment is for a 10-year period commencing from 3 June 2003.

Appointment of the Marlborough District Council to Control and Manage a Local Purpose (Soil Conservation and River Control) Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the Marlborough District Council to control and manage the reserve for local purpose (soil conservation and river control) purposes described in the Schedule.
