Road and Rail Realignment—State Highway No. 1N, Hukerenui South Realignment, Whangarei District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway
and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7), declares the
portions of road adjoining or passing through the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and, pursuant to section 52, set apart for railway
purposes and amalgamated in Proclamation 1782.

Land Acquired for Road—Welcome Bay Road, Tauranga City
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,
declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having
been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Tauranga
City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
South Auckland Land District—Tauranga City
Schedule
120 square metres, being part Lot 1, DP S10430; shown as
Section 1 on SO 340823 (being part of the land contained in
Computer Freehold Register SA18B/1177).
