Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987

Description of Medical Practitioner Training to Which Section 2AB of the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987 Applies

Pursuant to section 2AB of the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987, I describe the following training as the training to which section 2AB of the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987 applies:

(a) Training to qualify for registration within a general scope of practice as prescribed by the New Zealand Medical Council by notice in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 15 September 2004, No. 120, page 2920.

(b) Training to qualify for registration within a vocational scope of practice, as prescribed by the New Zealand Medical Council by notice in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 15 September 2004, No. 120, page 2920.
