Land Transfer Act 1952 Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement on the 28th day of January 2005, if no objections have been received before that date.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on LT 316466.

Land Transfer Act Notice

Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by the proprietors of Rotoma No. 1 Block to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease B551688.1 of the land in Computer Register SA1474/14 of which the lessor is the proprietors of Rotoma No. 1 and the lessees are Shane Warren Rice and Sharon Lee Rice.
