On the 4th day of November 2004, it was resolved by
special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the
Companies Act 1993, that Tex-Efx Homes & Design

Bruce Arthur Maclean, lawyer of Auckland, was appointed
as liquidator of Wayne Anderson Limited (in liquidation)
by special resolution of its shareholders under section
241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).

2004 at 10.00 a.m.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to

We, Gary Richard Leech and Neil John Donaldson, hereby
give notice that, for the purposes of winding up a solvent,
non-trading company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, we were appointed as
joint and several liquidators of Cafe Time Limited
(in liquidation) with effect from the 2nd day of December
2004 at 10.30 a.m.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The directors resolved, prior to our appointment, that the
company is solvent and able to pay its debts, and a copy
of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of
