The Reticulation Assets were revalued by E W Graham, B.E. (Elect), F.I.P.E.N.Z and PriceWaterhouseCoopers on 31 March 2001 to a value of $44,944,031 on an optimised depreciated replacement cost basis.

The fair value of Land and Buildings is assessed at $700,000 based on a valuation by Quotable Value New Zealand as at 1 September 2002 for GV purposes.
