Bruce Arthur Maclean, lawyer of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of BJ 2 Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).

The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of November 2004 at 1.00 p.m.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.

Notice of that resolution has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority

The liquidator fixes Friday, the 24th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company must make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

When the liquidator has completed his duties, he intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Act.

Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be made in writing to the Registrar by Friday, the 21st day of January 2005.
