remain vested in the Crown

Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares that, an agreement to that effect having been
entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice
is hereby acquired for local purpose (cycleway) reserve,
subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in the
Hamilton City Council on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped
and shall remain vested in the Crown for use in connection
with a road (segregation strip);

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped
and shall remain vested in the Crown for use in connection
with a road;

(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the Second and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be road
and vested in the Waikato District Council;

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion
of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (1), amalgamated with

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion
of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (1), amalgamated with

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
