Local Government Act 1974, mortgage 5432077.2,
and land covenants contained in transfers
5518379.10 and 5702715.12.

(iii) The land fourthly and fifthly described in the Third
Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Freehold Register NL161/77, subject to
building line and hoarding restriction K3693,
certificate 252792.1, pursuant to section 643 of the
Local Government Act 1974, mortgage 5432077.2,
and land covenants contained in transfers
5518379.10 and 5702715.12.

(iv) The land sixthly described in the Third Schedule
shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer
Freehold Register NL132/24, subject to building line
and hoarding restriction K3693, mortgage
5432077.2, and land covenants contained in transfer
