Orders for Confiscation of Motor Vehicles
Orders were made in the Napier District Court on
24 November 2004, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1989 Nissan Skyline, Registration No. XQ9576
Against: Kathleen Amy McIntosh
1990 Nissan 300ZX, Registration No. CBG666
Against: Kerry Peter Hewer
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should
contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the
Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations
2002.

Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the
Companies Act 1955
In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the
matter of Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and
in the matter of Excavators (Gore) Limited:
Take notice that I, John Henry Whitehead, Secretary to the
Treasury, pursuant to Section 338 of the Companies Act
1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the
Queen, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty the Queen
in a 2/3 share in Lots 9-10 DP 1435 of 1887m², held in
computer freehold register SL176/171, the registered
proprietor of that interest being Excavators (Gore)
Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register
on 23 November 1978 and formerly having its registered
office at Southland.
And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not
come to my notice until 10 November 2004.

Companies Act 1993
In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the
matter of Section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, and in
the matter of West Otago Motors Limited:
Take notice that I, John Henry Whitehead, Secretary to the
Treasury, pursuant to Section 325 of the Companies Act
1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the
Queen, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty the Queen
in Sections 16 and 17, Town of Kelso of 2024m², held in
computer freehold registers OT343/71 and OT376/48, the
registered proprietor being West Otago Motors Limited,
a company removed from the Companies Register on 6 July
1999 and formerly having its registered office at Kelso,
Otago.
And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not
come to my notice until 11 November 2004.

20 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (\"the Act\"), for the
Commerce Commission to determine terms of supply for
access to, and interconnection with, Telecom’s fixed PDN
(Public Data Network) (\"the application\").
Pursuant to section 25 (1) (c) of the Act, the Commerce
Commission gives public notice that it has decided, under
section 25 of the Act, to investigate the application.

Bitstream Application
On 4 November 2004, TelstraClear Limited applied, under
section 20 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (\"the Act\"),
for the Commerce Commission to determine terms of supply
for
(i) access to, and interconnection with, Telecom’s fixed
PDN (Public Data Network), and
(ii) access to Telecom’s Fixed PDN backhaul (\"the
application\").
Pursuant to section 25 (1) (c) of the Act, the Commerce
Commission gives public notice that it has decided, under
section 25 of the Act, to investigate the application.
