Take notice that on the 28th day of October 2004, an application for putting Kooiman Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 13th day of December 2004 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Land Transfer Notice

Notice is hereby given that a Computer Freehold Register will be issued in the names of the applicants for the parcel of land hereinafter described, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, unless a caveat is lodged forbidding the same before the 21st day of January 2005.
