Take notice that on the 10th day of November 2004, an application for putting Cruise New Zealand Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The order sought is an order that the defendant company be put into liquidation by the Court.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 27th day of January 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
