Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section
318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with
the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations in terms
of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove these

Any objections to their removal, pursuant to section 321 of

Hastings, by request, under section 320 of the Companies
Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the company has
ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its
liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed
its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and
the Act.

The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in
full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under
section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into
liquidation.

The date by which an objection to the removal, under section
321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 22nd
day of December 2004.
