Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

On the 24th day of November 2004, it was resolved by
special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section
241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that McHarg
Properties Limited be liquidated and that Gordon L. Hansen,
chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed
liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of November
2004 at 2.00 p.m.

The undersigned does hereby fix the 14th day of December
2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the
company are to make their claims and to establish any
priority their claims may have.
