Notification of Marine Protection Rules

Pursuant to section 448 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, notification is hereby given of the making of the following marine protection rules:

Part 190—Mandatory Ships Routeing

Part 102 Amendment 2004—Certificates of Insurance

Part 190 and Part 102 Amendment 2004 come into force on 30 December 2004.

The rules are available for inspection at the Maritime Safety Authority, Level Eight, gen-i Tower, 109 Featherston Street, Wellington, for downloading from http://www.msa.govt.nz/rules/ruleslist.htm and for purchase from Baseline Limited, P.O.
