Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 134 (1) of the Electoral Act 1993,
I, Jonathan Lucas Hunt, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that the seat of Donna Lynn Awatere Huata in the House of Representatives has become vacant by reason of her ceasing to be a parliamentary member of ACT New Zealand, the parliamentary leader of ACT New Zealand having delivered to me under section 55A (3) (b) of the Act a written notice dated 18 November 2004 that complies with section 55C of the Act.
