Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule.

Reserves Act 1977

Vesting Reserve in Queenstown Lakes District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserve described in the Schedule in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for local purposes (site for a water reservoir).

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner and Purpose of Disposal

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as recreation reserves over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Waikato District Council at current market value, the proceeds of such sale to be used and applied by the council towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council.

0.2562 hectares, being Lot 10, D.P. S. 7195 and Lot 12, D.P. S. 11517. Part certificates of title 1470/80 and 6D/1337 (cancelled).
