Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of February 2004, it was resolved by
resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section
241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Haast World
Heritage Hotel Limited be liquidated and that David
William Cope and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered
accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators
for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of February 2004
at 10.30 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 1st
day of March 2004, as the date on or before which the
creditors of the company are to make their claims and to
