Education Act 1989
Felix Donnelly College (1632) Board of Trustees Composition
Pursuant to section 95 (1) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby determine the composition of the Felix Donnelly College Board of Trustees.
Membership of the Board
The Felix Donnelly College Board of Trustees shall comprise:
- up to two members appointed by the Minister;
- one member appointed by each of the social service providers with which Felix Donnelly College has an approved partnering relationship;
- the principal of the school;
- one staff member elected by and from the staff of the school; and
- up to two members co-opted by the board.
This notice takes effect from 1 January 2005.
This notice revokes and replaces the Felix Donnelly College Board of Trustees Composition notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 August 2003, No. 118, page 3197.

Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect. The social service providers with which Felix Donnelly College has an approved partnering relationship are those agreed between the Ministry of Education and the Felix Donnelly College Board of Trustees that provide therapeutic residential or intensive in-home support services for children and/or young people with severely challenging and/or antisocial behaviour in the Auckland region who receive education services from Felix Donnelly College.
