Joint Family Homes Act Notice

The undermentioned persons have applied under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964 to register as a joint family home the land described below.

The land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me under that Act at the Wellington Office of Land Information New Zealand before the 4th day of February 2005, by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicants or to have some estate or interest in the said land.

JFH application 6198137.1 in the names of Paul Graham Rodgers and Lynn Grace Rodgers, affecting all that parcel of land situated at Main Street, Upper Hutt, containing 854 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, DP 53441, comprised in certificate of title WN24A/742, Land Registration District of Wellington.

Revocation of Dissolution of Incorporated Society

Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following incorporated society ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

West Auckland Victim Support Group Incorporated
515046 (17 June 2004).

With this publication such society is revived from the date of its dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.

Notification by the Chief Executive of the Customs Service of Requirements for Supporting Documents Pursuant to Section 26 (2) (a) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996

I require the following supporting documents to accompany an inward report in respect of all ships and boats (other than small craft) delivered to the Customs, pursuant to section 26 (2) (a) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, on and from 1 December 2004:

(i) A list of controlled drugs and firearms (if any) as specified in Form NZCS 341 hereunder;

(ii) A list of passengers (if any) as specified in Form NZCS 342 hereunder;

(iii) A list of transit passengers (if any) as specified in Form NZCS 343 hereunder.\n
