This notice is the Hazardous Substances (Vertebrate Toxic Agents) Transfer Notice 2004.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 1 November 2004.

3 Interpretation

In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires—

ACVM means the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Group of the
New Zealand Food Safety Authority
