Road Stopped and Amalgamated—Dodson Valley Road, Nelson

Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:

(a) The area of stopped road firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL12C/1154.

(b) The area of stopped road secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL10C/1081, subject to easement certificate 275164.5, land covenant in transfer 331086.8 and fencing covenant in transfer 341857.2.

(c) The area of stopped road thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL11A/770, subject to easement certificates 275164.5, 331086.7 and 343472.10, right to transmit electricity and right to drain water and sewage created by transfers 343472.9 and 354900.1 respectively, land covenant in transfer 343642.1 and fencing covenant in transfer 367758.1.

(d) The area of stopped road fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL11A/771, subject to easement certificates 275164.5, 331086.7 and 343472.10, right to transmit electricity created by transfer 343472.9, land covenant in transfer 343642.1 and fencing covenant in transfer 5257587.1.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 12, Whirinaki Hill, South Hokianga, Northland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 1 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA1011/108, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA1011/108.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1N and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
