Notice That Minimum Standards for Gambling Equipment Used to Conduct or Monitor Casino Gambling Have Been Amended

Pursuant to section 328 of the Gambling Act 2003, I, Catherine Jane Reid, Manager, Gaming Operational Policy, Department
of Internal Affairs, acting under authority delegated to me by the Secretary for Internal Affairs, give notice that I have
amended, pursuant to section 327 of the Gambling Act 2003, the Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum
Standard 2004.

The amendment to the Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 shall take effect on 29 October
2004.

Copies of the amendment to the Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 may be obtained
from the Department of Internal Affairs web site:

or by writing to Gaming and Censorship Regulation, Department of Internal Affairs, P.O. Box 805, Wellington.
