Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Ian Edward Calderwood, a director of J V Interests Limited (“the company”), the registered office of which is at The Top Floor, Citibank Centre, 23 Customs Street East, Auckland, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), for the removal from the Register of the company.

The grounds on which Ian Edward Calderwood intends to base this application are that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
