Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 13th day of October 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wellington Liquor Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Robert Foster, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of October 2004 at 2.00 p.m.

The liquidator fixes the 19th day of November 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
