from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land
described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for
road and shall vest in the Southland District Council on the
date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3),
declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule
to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land
